Akari Yoshiyama (Riisa Naka) is a 18 year old high school student who will enter university the following year. Her mother, Kazuko (Narumi Yasuda) works as a researcher in the pharmaceutical field. Her father passed away shortly after her birth and therefore she knows very little about him.

One day her father’s old friend, Goro Asakura (Masanobu Katsumura) comes for a visit and hands over an envelope containing her parents’ photos taken during their high school days. There is one mysterious guy’s photo who is only known to Kazuko. At the same time Kazuko got involved in an accident and falls into coma…
